Pricing Policy

GST

All prices on our website are inclusive of GST as applicable.

Online Payment

All payments on https://ninaadstore.myshopify.com/are securely processed. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Order confirmation and shipping will proceed only after successful payment verification.

Credit Card Details

By providing your card details, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the card. Ninaad is not responsible for any fraudulent transactions, and any dispute should be taken up with your bank.

Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt for assistance. Ninaad reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellations.

No Refund & Exchange in the Following Cases:

🚫 Pre-orders & Custom Orders: No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
🚫 Used Products: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
🚫 Minor Color & Design Variations: Due to screen differences and handcrafted nature, slight variations are normal and not eligible for return.
🚫 Incorrect/Outdated Address: Orders with incorrect addresses will not be refunded.
🚫 Failed Deliveries: No refunds for orders returned after 3 failed delivery attempts.
🚫 Refund Policy: If a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

📦 Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which will be billed separately by the courier company upon delivery.
⏳ Shipping Timelines: International orders typically take 2-3 weeks but may take longer depending on the country.
🌍 Lost Shipments: Refunds will only be provided for lost international shipments.

Sales & Promotions

🎉 Sales run while stock lasts, and their duration is at the sole discretion of Ninaad.
🔹 Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.
🔹 Ninaad reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any sale at any time without prior notice.
