Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy – Ninaad

At Ninaad, we take pride in offering premium crystal jewelry and energy products, carefully crafted to bring positivity and beauty into your life. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return or refund policy, except in specific cases mentioned below.

Exchange & Credit Note Policy

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. However, we provide exchanges or credit notes under the following circumstances:
✅ You received the wrong product.
✅ Your product arrived damaged.

To request an exchange or credit note, please contact us at ninaad.healing@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, along with your order number and clear images of the product. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Important Notes:

🚫 Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
🚫 Credit notes cannot be used on sale items.
🚫 Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange.
🚫 Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to the natural nature of crystals will not qualify for exchange.

Exchange Policy - India

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If approved, customers must bear the pickup & re-shipping fee of ₹250/- (PAN India).
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange & Refund Policy - International

  • Refunds are only applicable for lost shipments.
  • No exchanges for international orders.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days with an unboxing video to be eligible for a resolution.

No Refund or Exchange in These Cases:

🚫 No return/exchange for pre-orders or customized orders.
🚫 No return/exchange for used products.
🚫 No refunds for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
🚫 No refunds due to customs duties, shipping fees, or delays caused by external factors.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Orders that have not been shipped may be eligible for a credit note instead of a refund.
  • Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.
